If you wish to speak to a member of our legal team about a Blue Badge Misuse related matter, we charge a non-refundable fee of £250 plus VAT (£300) payable in advance of your consultation.
If you choose to instruct the JS Miller Team within seven days of your consultation, any further fees payable will be reduced by the amount of this consultation fee.
For those with health conditions affecting mobility or registered as disabled, a blue badge (as commonly known) can be issued to assist with parking. Guidance is issued to ensure the owner of the badge or anyone providing care to ensure that these are used correctly as if not, serious criminal penalties may follow such as misuse of a blue badge or in some circumstances, fraud charges can be considered.
