The firm’s first High Court victory with its well known appeal by way of case stated in Mohindra v Director Of Public Prosecutions, Court of Appeal
– Administrative Court, March 15, 2004.

Founding Partner, Geoffrey Miller suffered a serious stroke and Jeanette Miller stepped in as supervising solicitor to operate the firm which moved to share premises at Aeroworks where it would continue to operate for 12 years.

How to Fight a Motoring Ticket
Jeanette authored “How to fight a motoring ticket” for legal publishers Lawpack.
This practical guide provided motorists with expert advice on challenging motoring offences, understanding legal procedures, and increasing their chances of a successful defence.

High Court Victories – Decani and Bourne. After a year of significant bias and attempts by the prosecution to close down motoring law strategies, we fought back and WON two High Court Appeals in one month! Both cases establish important legal principles in relation to the issue of adjournments and a legal advisor’s power to refuse a request for a hearing.
