We find that clients who have received our details via a recommendation from a friend or acquaintance feel far more at ease in placing their case (and fate) in our hands than those clients who have found us on the internet. Since 2018 our Trustpilot profile has been our main source of client reviews as we understand there can be some mistrust of the authenticity of controlled website reviews.
To compliment our Trustpilot reviews and online testimonials, we also offer the opportunity to speak to a previous client of the firm who has volunteered to be contacted to discuss their experience of instructing us. “Ref Me” is a voluntary scheme we ask satisfied clients to participate in. Where you see the “Ask Me A Question” button on a client testimonial on our website, you can send an email to a previous client of the firm and ask them any question(s) you like about us.
“Ref Me” volunteers have nothing to gain or lose by being involved in the scheme and for this reason, they may not respond immediately to your request for information. For their security, their contact details are not published on our site but they will contact you by return of email or telephone when you ask them for guidance.
