My case was quite complex – two separate ‘failure to provide’ incidents resulting in three charges that were tried in one case. Geoffrey Miller were able to successful contest the charges resulting in a total acquittal. Obviously I was delighted with this result.

I had been stopped by police for driving under the influence of THC, due to someone who doesn’t like me reporting me and therefore my licence plates were flagged by the police and I was arrested.
Trying to find a good lawyer is not easy, but when I read the exceptional reviews of Geoffrey Miller solicitors I decided to call them and immediately received a good feeling about this company.
For my first court appearance I had used another solicitor, but their communication qualities were very disappointing.

I contacted Jeanette after I had been stopped by the police and accused of exceeding the speed limit. I had never had any contact with the police and was very scared, particularly as the alleged speed was too far over the limit for a fixed penalty notice and the prospect of having to appear in court was terrifying for me.
