I also was in a sense of dismay in having a charge of drink driving against me with a sure conviction I would lose my licence and my life would change forever but after speaking to Jeanette I was surprised to know I could challenge this, to even not guilty! It’s a gamble I said, but worth the shot. I’m so glad I took their advice and had an acquittal. It’s not easy and the stress never goes away but I am so thankful for the best advice and best outcome. I’m so relieved to have found GM, I’m still coming to terms with my eventual outcome, it could have been so different. I could have lost everything, my job, home, licence, thanks to the hard work of Tara Boyle & her team I did not.

My journey has been nearly 2 years long. It started with a number of things, a decline in my emotional & physical health, a bereavement, Covid & some issues at home. I was charged with being Drunk in charge of a vehicle. Two days before the court day, my charge was increased to drink driving. Austin was calm and followed through his investigation. Statements were’nt accurate. I admitted to being drunk in charge.

I was stuck in a situation where years of hard work could have just been taken away from me in a moment luckily I found these these guys online. Initially we believed my case to be a little stronger than it was. Unfortunately for us, the Police procedure was carried out meticulously.

My advocate in court on trial day was superb, and managed to get the CPS to downgrade to a lower charge, which meant I only received a 2 month ban, instead of a 2 year ban.

A person driving my car left the scene of an accident and i was found asleep by the police. My car was not drivable and i was charged with both drink driving and drunk in charge after a reading of 103. John was outstanding, managing my case from start to finish and was always on hand to keep my anxiety and concerns to a minimum. He gave a very personable and empathetic persona which helped given the mitigating factors affecting me at the time.
My job means that losing my license would not only impact me but also a number of people who rely on me to drive.
