Diligent, professional , well prepared and know their area like no other. Jeanette is incredibly well organised, has vast experienced and make you feel like there is no one better to protect you when you are looking at a ban of up to 6 months. My advocate Mike was equally brilliant in court using the arguments and evidence that Jeanette had put together to convince the courts of my necessity to continue driving. Can’t think of anyone better, I was looking at a ban of up to 6 months for speeding and managed to avoid a ban altogether and received 5 points.

14 months ago, I managed to get myself caught speeding, triggering a court appearance as it got me to 12 points. One month later, three points dropped off my licence and then two weeks later I was caught speeding again (no excuses, just total lack of concentration). I still hadn’t been to court for the first problem.

I approached a local Solicitors that had been recommended to me, but left the initial meeting more confused and also embarrassed (maybe rightly so, but not what I’d hoped for). I looked online for people that had been in a similar position, to see what they had done and what the outcome had been. Geoffrey Miller Solicitors were mentioned a few times (nowhere near me logistically), so I went to their website and saw that they offered free initial telephone advice; I phoned.

Justyna managed my case and the process from the start was detailed, calm and friendly. I was able to focus a little more on ‘normal’ life, knowing the work that was being carried out for me in the background. I believed that I could get the best outcome available, even if it was bad, it was the best I could do; that’s all I wanted. Court was yesterday, I turned up to meet Mike, who Justyna had arranged to be my representative for the day. Mike travelled down from Manchester to Northampton and was waiting to meet me on my arrival. It was immediately obvious that Mike was knowledgeable and comfortable in his surroundings. My case began with both a speeding and mobile phone offence. From the start the case was handled brilliantly and I was advised that there would be a good chance of an awareness course for the speeding so to try and get a course. I sent the form away and was accepted. Fantastic.

The mobile phone offence however was different. Austin handled the case throughout and was brilliant. 100% professional, always contactable and never failed to answer a question I had. He kept in touch constantly until the day of court.
