2012 was the firm’s most successful year to date in winning motoring cases for our clients

Whilst we do not always recommend clients to defend charges brought against them, of those clients whose cases were defended, we won the vast majority.

In 2012 we dealt with 84 cases that concluded at trial or on appeal (we dealt with hundreds of other cases that are either still ongoing or were concluded by way of guilty pleas.) Of the 84 cases, which included allegations ranging from drink driving to failing to furnish driver details, we won 76 cases which equates to an overall success rate of 90%.

However, what really surprises people when we tell them are our statistics for the alcohol and drug related prosecutions we defended:

2012 Successes Number of cases won Number of cases lost 2012 Success Rate %
Excess Alcohol – Breath Sample 19 3 86%
Excess Alcohol – Blood Sample 28 0 100%
Excess Alcohol – Urine Sample 5 0 100%
Drug Driving 3 0 100%
Total Drug and alcohol cases success rate
(*figures include successful appeals and exclude cases lost that are the subject of appeal as at 31 December 2012)
55 3 95%

We hope our track record speaks for itself! We think our 2012 success rate of winning drink or drug related trials makes us as safe a bet as you are likely to come across when it comes to seeking expert motoring law representation.

For more details of what some of the clients whose cases we won in 2012 thought about our work, take a look at these testimonials:

Mr Ali was found NOT GUILTY of failing to provide a specimen.

Ben Woodward was found NOT GUILTY of drink driving after giving blood at hospital.

Dr Eldirdiri’s case involved an allegation of drink driving again with a blood sample. He was found NOT GUILTY and was so delighted he has volunteered to be contacted by any prospective client who is unsure of whether or not they should instrust us.Our unique interactive testimonial scheme “Ask Our Clients” allows you to contact previous clients of the firm to seek specific reviews of our work on a confidential basis.

We know there is a lot of competition in the market from other so called motoing law experts. That is why we have worked so hard to produce evidence to our prospective clients of how we differ from other motoring solicitors.

If you are facing prosecution for any motoring offence, we know our involvement in your case can be the difference between a NOT GUILTY verdict and a conviction.

We do not charge anything for an initial chat so you really have nothing to lose but the time involved in giving us a call on Freephone 0800 1389 123
