Failed to comply with a traffic sign
If you fail to follow or comply with road traffic signs you could face prosecution. This could include fixed penalty notices that impose a financial penalty and penalty points, or if you have been caught exceeding the speed limit, a court hearing may be necessary to deal with the penalty.
