RW Drink Driving Testimonial

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Tara and ALL the team at Geoffrey Miller for the AMAZING result in court yesterday! Not Guilty of Drink Driving!!!

My trial advocate was absolutely spot on, calm, clear and unflappable. Being served evidence on the day of the trial by the prosecution, unsure from the prosecution who of there witnesses they were going to call, and dealing with the courts giving time and more time to the prosecution to try and get their case together. As the clock ticked on- Tom stayed cool, calm and collected and had a contingency plan for all eventualities. When he secured my innocence- he then calmy went on without a breath to claim the lost costs not only to me, but to GM for wasted actions caused by the prosecution last week. Brilliant.

Tara has taken the time to keep me updated, and actually SPEAK to me rather then read from a script right from the get go. I had initially instructed another solicitor when first charged- but was doing all the running to get any idea from them as to what was going on. One phone call to Tara got me thinking that Geoffrey Miller was the way to go. After two days chewing things over I rang her back to see if GM would take on the case-and on instinct she had already had an expert advocate on standby!!!

I won’t say the resulting 4 months have been easy on the soul. But Tara has seen me through a complete nightmare. I have my entire life back, no criminal record and a positive future once again. You do not realise the importance of good legal advice until you find yourself accused of something like this.
