At the very start before I rang Geoffrey Miller I thought there was no other choice but to plead guilty,accept that i would lose my driving job of 16 years,the costs of insurance,sell my car etc,it felt like a nightmare.I then rang Geoffrey Miller and spoke to Jonathan Berry who gave me clear advice and the confidence to go ahead and defend my case.I was updated all the time as the case lasted around ten months still able to drive in this period and finally on the day of the trial I found that the judge I had was well known to convict!!!

I did not need to worry though as my Barrister was amazing on the day. He had the difficult Judge in knots from the start and it took him no time at all to get me a not guilty verdict which thinking back ten months ago I thought was impossible.
