I was represented by Geoffrey Miller Solicitors for two separate cases.

Case 1: This was a case of arrest for Drunken Driving, which was not actually that, and ended up being a case argued as ‘Drunk in charge’. The evidence was partially based upon my hearing difficulty.

I feel that the case was handled extremely well, the service provided was first rate, and the representative I was provided with in court on three occasions could not have been bettered. I avoided a disqualification for the escess alcohol matter and was given penalty points after an amended charge of being drunk in charge was negotiated.

Case 2: This was a speeding case where, as I was already on 10 penalty points and would be due to fall foul of the totting up provisions, an ‘Exceptional Hardship case was put forward at Court by my barrister, successfully so. There was very effective consultation prior to the actual appearance in court, my barrister stayed with me for the duration of the time in the court building, which was most reassuring. He was approachable, receptive to my questions and very informative. He proved to be extremely effective in the court itself, handling the presentation of my case with conviction and aplomb. I cannot speak highly enough of how he handled my case.
