I was disappointed with the outcome from the first hearing with the magistrates. I understood from the beginning that there was always a chance this would happen. I was given a ban of 6 months by the Magistrate.

My appeal was submitted immediately and my solicitor was very helpful in preparing me for the Appeal. My barrister was very good in the Appeal hearing and I was successful in my appeal.

I retained my licence and due to the short ban lost my previous points on the licence.
