From our initial telephone conversation to today I have felt that my case was in the best hands possible.  I received a 3 month ban and all my points wiped today after being represented by my barrister.  Given that I would potentially of had 15 points on my licence this was the best outcome for me.  It has allowed me to take up an offer of a new job as the contract would not proceed had I been banned for more than 3 months. It also means I am able to proceed with confidence with a house purchase that is well underway.
