Where do I begin…

In may of 2022 I was allegedly rolling cannabis in a public car park.

Undercover officers came up to my car and said that my car allegedly smelled of cannabis.
I was subsequently swabbed and the result allegedly came back positive for THC.

And just like that I was arrested for cannabis possession and being in charge of a motor vehicle whilst over the limit for THC.

After a few days of stress and anxiety I decided to instruct Geoffrey Miller solicitors to handle my case. This was probably the best decision I have ever made in my entire life.

Fast forward to today, and my case has been DISMISSED! Dismissed one week before the court date! I’m still in disbelief! It’s hard to keep faith in these situations but TRUST GEOFFREY MILLERS!

As for the CPS… They are extremely unorganised and this often leads to issues in the prosecutions case, the CPS showed that they often lack the evidence required and displayed their inability to adhere to strict deadlines.
