My drink driving case put me at serious risk of facing a lengthy driving ban and also a custodial sentence. After an agonising 3 years whilst waiting for the trial, I am pleased to say that I have now been acquitted and Austin was always reassuring and knowledgeable throughout the process.

At trial, my barrister Phillip Lucas was meticulous in his approach and had a number of issues with the prosecution’s case. As it turned out, the prosecution tried to progress the trial without a key witness and because Mr Lucas explained clearly to the judge and the prosecution why the witness needed to be present, the prosecution had to concede and offer no evidence.

As I write this review, I still cannot believe that I was acquitted and that I can now move on with my life.
