Mrs C Drink Driving Testimonial

My case was dealt with by Jonathan Berry. I instructed Geoffrey Miller Solicitors to take conduct of an allegation of drink driving against me. During a very stressful and upsetting time, I wanted to avoid a driving disqualification and stay on the road. I believed that I was treated badly by the two police officers at the scene, particularly after my impeccable behaviour and making sure the other lady was okay whilst waiting for her husband after crashing into me.

At trial, my barrister managed to secure a lesser charge resulting in me avoiding a disqualification and my license being endorsed with 10 points.

With my thoughts still on the above I would just like to forget about the happenings over the past year and get on with driving safely to protect my licence (now having 10 points on) being taken away.

I am pleased to still have my licence and thank everyone concerned in achieving this.
