Mr S Drink Driving Testimonial

I was arrested on the suspicion of Drink driving. While in custody the breathalyser test failed and I was asked to provide a blood sample which I agreed to.

In hindsight I was not sure if I had done the right thing. Having spoken to Vicky at Geoffrey Miller she took a statement from me of my recollection of the arrest and procedures followed. She then investigated the arrest and communicated back to me that there were questions to be asked of the arrest and that I did have a case to question the arrest.

I pleaded not guilty at the initial hearing; Geoffrey Miller handled assigning me the appropriate Barristers who prepared for initial plea hearing and trial which after being re-arranged was eventually discontinued due lack of evidence provided to the CPS.

Due to the demands of my profession a conviction would have had an incredible impact on my life. Geoffrey Miller’s services were 5 Star across the board. If you find yourself in need of help don’t go near a court room without first speaking to them.
