Martin Drink Driving Testimonial

Many thanks to Geoffrey Miller solicitors for their excellent preparation for the appeal against a drink driving conviction. Austin was an excellent and reassuring contact always prompt with his assistance. There had been a previous drink driving ban seven years ago which resulted in a three year ban this time. The original solicitors did not prepare the case thoroughly and did not present well in court. My son was at home after driving and had drunk alcohol. Hence following his arrest the blood alcohol test was not valid.

Geoffrey Miller prepared the case for the appeal assuring us that there were numerous discrepancies with the prosecution case. They had also asked for various information from the Crown over a period of time but none was forthcoming.

On the day of the appeal Richard Saynor the barrister was excellent with his support. However the appeal was very brief. The prosecution did not attend and the Recorder dismissed the case after discussion with Richard.

This was a very welcome Christmas present allowing my son to get on with his life having suffered financially while unable to drive.
