Lucy - Drink Driving, Failing to Provide a Specimen Testimonial

I was charged with drink driving but when the evidence was received by Geoffrey Miller, they immediately recognised that I could not lawfully be charged with this offence. I was instead charged with failure to provide. I did choose to make a guilty plea at the first court date as i wanted to have the matter settled in the quickest possible time because this was not my first drink driving offence.
