Case Discontinued Before Trial
This client’s drink driving case was discontinued the day before his trial was due to take place saving him from the stress of going to court. The client was very sceptical of our strategy when he first got in touch. My case was handled very well. I was only 1 mg per 100ml of blood over the limit (My reading was 81 mg / 100ml of blood) so I had a very strong case anyhow but I was kept informed every step of the way. Geoffrey Miller handled the case professionally and any time I had any questions they were extremely helpful. I felt safe in the fact that they had won so many cases (near 100% record) and I was given information about the possible issues with my case before I went ahead and gave my first witness statement so I felt that I could proceed. As it was a large financial commitment for me I felt this was very important and I am very glad that I went through with it all in the end as losing my license could have lead to my losing my job, also I have a band and I was extremely worried about the potential of my finding it difficult to enter America with a conviction for drink driving on my records. I have been thrilled at the eventual result and I also would recommend the company.
