Anonymous 100 - Drink Driving

I was stopped with allegedly twice the legal limit of alcohol in my breath in West Wales. At first I thought my case was hopeless but I also thought the police had not followed due process on a couple of facets. So I started the process of researching into who might be able to help me. In short I spoke to all of the main firms and Geoffrey Miller stood out firstly being by far the best and secondly on the surface expensive.

My case was handled by Louis Young – he was always available to speak, super organised and exactly the person you want on your side to deal with a complex process. I was represented in court by Richard Seynor – a brilliant barrister who was able to think on his feet and responded to a complex situation and a disorganised CPS.

My case was dismissed after three stressful hearings and my license is clean; a perfect result.

In terms of the costs yes this is an expensive process but the truth is you pay what you get for. Others split the cost so in fact you don’t understand your exposure initially. I sincerely believe the effort Geoffrey Miller justifies the fees (I am a consultant and understand how expensive it is to do a good job) – they do the hard work necessary to win thus their 5 star ratings are a refllection of their professionalism. If you want to contest a case put your trust in them – it will not be any easy process trust me but the alterantive is far worse. With Geofrrey Miller you have given yourself the best chance and if you are going to spend money then it is money spent wisely. The journey is hard but try and relax and let them do their job – they know it back to front and actually everyone I spoke to within the company was also jolly nice. Finally get a breathalyer and use it before you drive – I have and have learnt alot about especially what my personal limit is especially the morning after. This is not a situation I would want to find myself in again
