FACTS:
After being involved in an incident that required hospitalisation, Mr Zubair was treated for injuries. The police had cause to believe that he had been drink driving and subsequently took a specimen of blood from him at the hospital.
Geoffrey Miller Solicitors dealt with a Court hearing prior to Trial on behalf of Mr Zubair and made representations to the Prosecution which led them to realise that they could not rectify faults with the procedure that taken place at the hospital. The Prosecution decided they had no realistic prospect of success so decided to discontinue the matter.
