Acquitted

I was arrested and charged with failing to provide a specimen just before the Christmas break. After a few days of worrying and realising the seriousness of the charge I looked into solicitors online and was drawn to Geoffrey Miller Solicitors. Within one hour my call was returned by Jeanette Miller, the MD. Very impressive as it was the 27th Dec! She was able to calm and reassure me that it was quite possible to beat the charges laid against me.

My case was allocated to my solicitor in Manchester. He and his team laid the ground work and the two excellent barristers assigned to me were fantastic and on point on each court appearance, even with the confusing additional charge of driving whilst under the influence of drugs.

I am very pleased to be able to say my case was dismissed and I was acquitted.
