Mr Cooper Drink Driving Case Study

Mr Cooper originally instructed our firm in July 2011 having pleaded guilty to his second drink driving offence within a 10 year period. The Court sentenced him to a 46 month disqualification which was well within their recommended guidelines. Unfortunately, the disqualification had a significant impact upon Mr Cooper’s ability to work as a sales manager and he was made redundant as a result. Having served two years of his disqualification Mr Cooper again contacted our firm for further legal representation. We advised him that he could apply for the disqualification to be removed by the Court and we could begin work straight away. We began preparing the application and within two months, following a court hearing, Mr Cooper  had his disqualification removed and he was able to re-apply for his licence back from the DVLA.
