As a foreigner working as an "expat" in the UK I did not know the rights and potential consequences of my case in England. After being notified by the police to be present at a court for drink driving, I did loads of research and found Jeanette Miller aka Miss Justice.

I must say that after exposing my case to Jeanette, I felt absolutely insecure on the chances of success of my point. Particularly because I did listen before her a few alternative solicitors whom made clear that I had no chance. Jeanette was quite sharp and told me the opposite. It was hard to believe and feel self confident.

Even feeling insecure with the way Jeanette proposed to handle the case, I felt they were supporting me. I knew I was innocent and someone was willing to help with their vast experience. Therefore I decided to proceed with their support, but always a bit suspicious on the solicitors’ approach.
 
I was right to feel insecure however I would have made an enormous mistake in case I would had decided not to follow her advice. The case went extremely  successful: Following step by step the exact approach Jeanette initially suggested on our first phone call.
 
Their team was very, very professional, supportive and successful. We won the case, because of their competence. I would not have any chance by being innocent only.
