Problems with the Laser LTI 20:20 Exposed on ITV Programme

Geoffrey Miller Solicitors Senior Partner, Jeanette Miller, is due to appear on ITV’s “Driving Me Crazy” documentary on Tuesday 21st August at 9.00pm on ITV1.

The hour long documentary presented by Jenny Bond features a variety of problems concerning the growing number of speed cameras and speed detection devices in the country.

Our case involving Mr Brian Wiltshire which was heard at Preston Crown Court in January 2007 is followed by the cameras and the renowned expert, Dr Michael Clark, who gave evidence in Mr Wiltshire’s case is shown conducting his own tests using the LTI laser device commonly used by the police. The results make very interesting viewing!
