Geoffrey Miller Solicitors offer our motor offence law services to clients across England and Wales. Our London office was opened in early 2011 to respond to client demand for a more permanent London presence.
Geoffrey Miller Solicitors have offered a nationwide service since 2000 with our main office originally in Cheshire and then another office in Manchester. London is without doubt, the country’s capital for commercial law firms with the hustle and bustle of the City demanding the highest calibre of lawyer to tackle the legal issues that go hand in hand with millions of pounds of commerce. Until recently, London was not a place where you could reliably find City Lawyer style expertise in the highly specialised field of motoring defence and in particular in drink driving cases.
Whilst our location does not affect our amazing success rates in our motor offence cases, we know that some clients prefer to select their lawyer on the basis that they have an office within driving distance to them. We have had been defending drivers in and around London since the firm’s inception in 2000. For the convenience of our clients in and around the Metropolitan area we are now on hand 24/7 situated at 1 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1BR to deal with all of your motoring issues.See the map below for exactly where the best London Driving Offence Solicitors can be found.
Not only do we appear in most of the London Magistrates’ Courts on a daily basis, we have even taken some of the London judges to the High Court (successfully we might add!) Feel free to read the transcript of our successful 2010 High Court Appeal against a decision to adjourn a case that was originally heard at Horseferry Road Magistrates’ Court in Westminster.
If you would prefer to call us to discuss how we can help with your motoring issues, we are always more than happy to chat things through with potential clients FREE OF CHARGE.

It is only once you decide to instruct us that payment will become necessary and we can often arrange instalment plans to assist you. Many satisfied clients have thanked us for offering this consultation service as it has prevented them from following inaccurate non-expert advice which could have led to them accepting punishment unnecessarily. To show you we are the most helpful London Motoring Solicitors out there, we have set out some really useful links below:
